Shipping policy

In-stock ready made domestic (Canada) and international orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated in individual item descriptions. Made to order domestic (Canada) and international orders are processed and shipped within between 4 - 6 weeks unless otherwise stated in individual item descriptions.

Your Armour is sent via Canada Post, expedited, insured and tracked. Packages are secured accordingly to ensure the safety of the crystals using appropriate jewelry boxes and packaging and/ shipping cardboard boxes. In order to reduce our carbon foot print, we often reuse packaging materials and use recyclable materials. 

Any urgency regarding time of arrival of your package my require the use of UPS or DHL and will be handled on a case by case basis. Please contact us at info@asheraarmour.com. For all shipping options, you will receive an email with your tracking number and estimated time of arrival.  

Please be mindful of customs and tax charges for US and other International shipments that you may incur for your country when placing an order with Ashera Armour. Ashera Armour is not responsible for such charges.

Ashera Armour is not responsible for shipping or customs delays domestically or internationally and or lost or damaged parcels. All items are sent with tracking and insurance, and therefore issues of lost, damaged, or missing items will be dealt with accordingly and a refund or replacement will be issued according to each individual case.
