At Ashera Armour, every piece is hand-selected, crafted in-house, and packaged with care. We are a small, human-powered business, and our goal is to provide you with the best possible experience while ensuring your Armour arrives safely.

Fulfillment & Shipping Timelines

Ready-Made Pieces (In-Stock)

  • Fulfillment: 2–3 business days
  • Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • We will strive to get orders out as quickly as possible. Given the global challenges in shipping and supply chain disruptions, timelines may occasionally shift. Should you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us at info@asheraarmour.com.

Made-to-Order Pieces

  • Fulfillment: 3–6 weeks
  • Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Minor adjustments may occur depending on crafting schedules.

Custom Armour (Rings & Special Sourced Pieces)

  • Fulfillment: 4–8 weeks
  • Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Timelines may vary depending on sourcing and material availability. We will keep you informed of any updates.

Shipping & Packaging

We use a private shipping courier and select the best carrier for your order, including Canada Post, Skip, USPS, Canpar, or UPS. All packages are tracked, insured, and carefully packaged using jewelry boxes and protective shipping materials. To reduce our carbon footprint, we often reuse packaging and incorporate recyclable materials. Expedited shipping requests are handled on a case-by-case basis, and additional fees may apply.

Canadian Orders

  • Delivery times may vary depending on carrier schedules.
  • Clients are responsible for providing the correct shipping address to avoid delays.

US Orders & Tariffs

  • As of August 29, 2025, new U.S. import regulations introduced a 35% tariff on goods entering the United States. We have updated our shipping process to ensure your package will not incur this additional tariff
  • Any standard duties or import fees that existed prior to the new tariff remain the same and are determined by your local customs office. These regular duties are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by state or region. 
    • Ashera Armour is not liable for these duties, customs, or import fees.
  • Please note that we do not offer refunds, so we encourage all U.S. clients to review the import duties in their locality before placing an order to ensure clarity and a smooth delivery experience.
  • Delivery times may vary due to carrier schedules or customs processing.
  • As a small business, we deeply value our U.S. community and are committed to keeping the cross-border experience as transparent and seamless as possible.

International Orders & Customs

  • Clients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees in their country. 
    • Ashera Armour is not liable for these duties, customs, or import fees.
  • Delivery times may vary due to carrier schedules or customs processing.
  • Clients are responsible for providing the correct shipping address to avoid delays or issues.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • All items are shipped with tracking and insurance.
  • If your package is lost, damaged, or incomplete, please report it within three business days to info@asheraarmour.com, including photos and tracking information.
  • Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will provide repair or replacement according to our policies.
  • Ashera Armour is not responsible for carrier delays, customs clearance issues, or incorrect addresses provided by the client.
