Refund policy

Ashera Armour takes great care to make sure each item is energized and ready for its Warrior and it is our hope it is well received. If you are dissatisfied and wish to return your Armour please contact us via email - info@asheraarmour.com - within 3 days of receiving your order. You will receive a full refund for your order once the Armour is returned, unused, unworn and in its original condition. Please note, that shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

All crystals and minerals are natural forming and vary in shades and colours, Ashera Armour cannot guarantee an exact match to the image displayed on the website. Shades and opacity in crystals and minerals vary, and thus so does our stock. This is true to all items sold at www.asheraarmour.com as no one crystal or mineral, crystal and mineral bead is like the other. 

Please note, you will be responsible for paying for return postage for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Repairs

Raw, polished or tumbled Crystals and Minerals can be fragile and can crack or brake. Should an item arrive in such a state, please contact Ashera Armour within 3 days of receipt via email. Damaged, broken, cracked Armour will be repaired or replaced as soon as item(s) are returned back to Ashera Armour. Return postage cost will be your responsibility.

Should you need future repairs for your Armour, costs will range from $10 and up and determined on individual needs. Unique crystals or minerals that are damaged and/break and require replacement will incur additional costs if replacement is available.
