Ashera Armour Exchanges & Repairs Policy – Final Version

At Ashera Armour, every piece is hand-selected, energetically prepared, and crafted in-house with care and intention. From sourcing unique stones to assembling custom Armour, each item is made by human hands. We strive to balance craftsmanship, quality, and responsibility for all our clients, and we will always work with you to ensure the best possible experience.

Ready-Made Pieces

  • Can be exchanged or repaired if returned unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Contact us via info@asheraarmour.com within 3 days of receiving your order to start the process.
  • Return shipping and the cost of any replacement parts (stones, chains, clasps, or other components) are the client’s responsibility; we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Repairs start at $25 and up, depending on the work required.
  • Ready-made pieces are non-refundable.

Made-to-Order Pieces

  • Are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges or alternative solutions may be offered on a case-by-case basis, depending on circumstances.
  • Repairs are available; costs start at $25 and up, with replacement parts being the client’s responsibility.
  • Fulfillment typically takes 3–6 weeks, with shipping 3–5 business days.

Custom Armour (Rings & Special Sourced Pieces)

  • Are non-refundable.
  • Repairs are available; costs start at $25 and up, and replacement parts are the client’s responsibility.

Damages & Liability

  • “Damage” refers to cracks, breaks, or defects resulting from shipping or manufacturer error.
  • Normal wear, misuse, or accidents are not covered.
  • Ashera Armour is not responsible for damage or loss during return shipping.
  • We cannot guarantee exact matches for repairs, but we will always aim to restore your Armour beautifully.

Repair Process

  1. Email info@asheraarmour.com with details of the issue and photos if possible.
  2. We will provide Return Authorization and instructions for sending your Armour back.
  3. Once received, we will assess the repair needs and provide a cost estimate.
  4. Upon approval, we will repair your Armour.
  5. We will keep you updated on timelines, which may vary depending on materials and availability.
