Ashera Armour Shipping Policy

At Ashera Armour, every piece is hand-selected, crafted, and packaged with care. We are a small, human-powered business, and our goal is to provide you with the best possible experience while ensuring your Armour arrives safely.

Fulfillment & Shipping Timelines

Ready-Made Pieces (In-Stock):

  • Fulfillment: 2–3 business days
  • Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • If you require faster delivery, please email us at info@asheraarmour.com.

Made-to-Order Pieces:

  • Fulfillment: 3–6 weeks
  • Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Minor adjustments may occur depending on crafting schedules.

Custom Armour (Rings & Special Sourced Pieces):

  • Fulfillment: 4–8 weeks
  • Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Timelines may change depending on sourcing and availability. We will keep you informed of any updates.

Shipping & Packaging

We use a private shipping courier, selecting the best carrier for your order, including Canada Post, Skip, USPS, Canpar, or UPS. All packages are tracked, insured, and carefully packaged using jewelry boxes and protective shipping materials. To reduce our carbon footprint, we often reuse packaging and incorporate recyclable materials. Expedited shipping requests are handled on a case-by-case basis, and additional fees may apply.

USA Orders & Tariffs

As of August 29, 2025, all orders shipping to the USA will incur a 35% tariff, regardless of order size. These tariffs are the client’s responsibility, and Ashera Armour is not liable for duties, customs, or import fees. As a small business, we recognize this may create challenges for our US clients, but we strive to make the shipping process as transparent and smooth as possible.

International Orders & Customs

Clients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees in their country. Delivery times may vary due to carrier schedules or customs processing. It is the client’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address to avoid delays or issues.

Lost or Damaged Packages

All items are shipped with tracking and insurance. If your package is lost, damaged, or incomplete, please report it within three business days to info@asheraarmour.com, including photos and tracking information. Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will provide repair or replacement according to our policies. Ashera Armour is not responsible for carrier delays, customs clearance issues, or incorrect addresses provided by the client.
